Sports massage therapy is a hands on method of keeping your body fresh! It can be very beneficial to anyone's everyday life.  

Doing any level of activity, even walking, can cause a reaction from the body. A lot happens in every step. When we scale that up to running, sprinting or any other form of intense exercise you can start to realise

Sports massage therapy is a hands on method of keeping your body fresh! It can be very beneficial to anyone's everyday life.  

Doing any level of activity, even walking, can cause a reaction from the body. A lot happens in every step. When we scale that up to running, sprinting or any other form of intense exercise you can start to realise your body has to deal with a lot!

Sports massage is a way of making these activities more manageable.

When doing exercise, each muscle fibre has to contract, then relax and let's just say there are A LOT of muscle fibres everywhere. 


  

Whilst stretching and rolling will help your body loosen and recover these muscle fibres from the hard work they have done, sometimes this doesn’t work as effectively as you would like it to. 

This is where I come in.

So now we know about muscle fibres, we can see that it is tricky to manage. 


I can come in, find those sore spots, and muscular adhesions (don't worry, that's just what most people call a knot). I will use an array of techniques to warm up and stretch the muscles before sending you off, feeling better. 


My role is to clear the lactate in yo

My role is to clear the lactate in your muscles, providing pain relief and help prevent injury. If you are already injured then this will give you the best chance at a quick recovery and get back to doing all the great work you do!
